Fresh Portuguese Sweetbread from our West Coast Bakery. Each Massa is hand made, just like Avó would do! Massa is surprisingly versatile and can be eaten plain, toasted or for those of us who are more adventurous, Massa is amazing as French Toast!
- Each Massa is approximately 8" in circumference and weighs about 32oz.
- Because we get our Massa fresh from the padaria we must cut off sales every Sunday at 12PM PST. The sweetbread will ship on the following Tuesday - Thursday depending on sales volume and the bakery's capacity.
